Occasionally, merchandise may be damaged while in shipment. Though we make every attempt to package all fragile items in a manner to avoid damage, sometimes a package may be damaged in transit.
Please contact us immediately at support@westernoutlets.com if you open your package and discover a damaged product within.
We will either arrange for the pickup of this damaged item by the delivery company if the damage is due to mishandling by the shipping company or we will supply you with a return label and/or a replacement item as appropriate.
Failure to notify us within one week of receipt of your package may result in your claim being denied.
