Our Suppliers guarantees all of their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Both our Suppliers and Western Outlets stand behind everything our Suppliers make. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
If you believe you have purchased a defective product, please email us at support@westernoutlets.com explaining what is you believe is defective with your product, a copy of your original purchase receipt showing your order was purchased from Western Outlets, your order number, shipping address, phone number and email address in order for us to arrange for merchandise inspection. Allow up to 3 to 5 business days for a response.
When returning your product to Western Outlets, please include with a note explaining what is you believe is defective with your product, a copy of your original purchase receipt showing your order was purchased from Western Outlets, your order number, shipping address, phone number and email address. We recommend you insure your package as Western Outlets is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
Upon receipt and our inspection, Western Outlets will make a determination of your claim. If we are unable to make a determination, we reserve the right to forward your product to the appropriate Supplier for evaluation. Please note Footwear manufacturers do not guarantee sole wear and may require WesternOutlets.com to send the footwear back for factory inspection prior to authorizing a replacement pair.
Both our Suppliers and Western Outlets reserves the right to offer consumers a full credit or refund, offer pro-rated credit or refund, replacement or repair depending on the results of the product evaluation. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the evaluation results from Western Outlets receipt of the product.
Your return shipping will be refunded to you if the merchandise is deemed a manufacturer defect and replaced or refunded by WesternOutlets.com.
If an item is not deemed to be normal wear and tear, you have 10 business days from date of the evaluation results notification to have Western Outlets return the item to you. You will be charged a nominal $15 return fee to cover shipping and handling before the item is shipped back to you. If after 10 business days, you have not paid the $15 return fee, Western Outlets will dispose of the item.
