How To Measure.

For best results take measurements over undergarments.
Weight is in pounds (lbs). Body measurements are in inches.

• Chest/Bust:
  Measure under the arms at the fullest part of the chest, arms relaxed at sides, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  
  
• Waist:
  Measure the waist at the natural waist line, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  
  
• Hip:
  Measure at the fullest part of the hip, keeping feet together & the tape parallel to the floor.
  
  
• Arm: 
  With your arm bent at 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of your neck across shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist.
